Eldorado Canyon Mine Tours will offer outdoor adventure as well as historical adventure and insight that the whole family will enjoy. Your tour will start at the historical Techatticup Mine. The Techatticup Mine is located just west of the National Park and east of Nelson, Nevada. It is the oldest, richest and most famous gold mine in Southern Nevada. Your tour will include adventure on the Colorado River at the mouth of Black Canyon below Hoover Dam. While your packing don�t forget your sunglasses, hat, swimsuit, sunscreen, water shoes and of course your camera. Directions: Take US 515 south east to the US 95 turnoff where you will proceed south just past the dry lakes on your right to 165 on your left and proceed south east through the town of Nelson. Continue on 165 a short distance to the Colorado River Tours office. Cost: Because there are so many options for you to choose from and reservations are necessary for all tours and rentals, we suggest you call ahead.
