Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion only open to qualified meeting planners (or those who are authorized to make meeting plans on behalf of their organization), who legally reside in the U.S. or Canada, and who are at least 21 years of age at time of entry. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and immediate families (parents, children or siblings, whether or not the individual lives in the same household) of the Henderson Convention and Visitors Bureau (HCCVB) and the City of Henderson, affiliates, subsidiaries, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the promotion are ineligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the "Meeting Planner" Promotion beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 9/1/05, visit www.visithenderson.com/meetings/planners/rfp and fully complete the official entry form by submitting a qualified Request for Proposal ("RFP"). All entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm (EST) on 5/31/06. Eligible participants will receive one Promotion entry for each qualified RFP they submit to the HCCVB ("Sponsor") during the promotion period. Entrants must submit all information requested by Sponsor to be considered a qualified RFP. No liability is assumed for late, lost, incomplete, technically corrupted or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER: A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received, on or about 7/03/06, by the HCCVB, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning are based upon total number of eligible entries received.

4. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a Diamond jewelry Prize. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $5,000.00. Insurance, taxes, all expenses and incidentals not mentioned above are the responsibility of winner.

5. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or mail and will be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability (and where permissible a Publicity Release) within seven (7) days of notification date or Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification with an alternate winner randomly selected. Winner and traveling companion agree to the use of their names and likenesses for advertising/publicity purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants hereby release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities arising out of this promotion or use or misuse of the prizes awarded hereunder, or for any claims based on right of privacy, right of publicity or merchandise delivery. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer of prize permitted, unless advertised prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted by Sponsor, in the Sponsor's sole discretion. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.

6. INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Website or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Promotion or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate or modify the Promotion and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Promotion is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.visithenderson.com/meetings/planners/rfp. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action. NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the authorized website address of www.visithenderson.com/meetings/planners/rfp Entries made by any other individual or entity and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial Promotion subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and as such ruled ineligible for this Promotion. Entrant is responsible for all on-line charges incurred by Internet Service Provider.

7. CANADIAN ENTRANTS: In the event that the selected entrant is a resident of Canada, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged time in order to be declared a winner, as prescribed by Canadian law.
